 Hi, My name is Joseph Burke, I reside in the town of Lincoln Nebraska. This is my hobby, I really don't have any grand illusions of getting signed or any plans of compiling songs together to put out a CD-yet. This is just a way of creating order out of the chaos that is my life, sorting things out in aural therapy, so to speak. I play bass, guitar, pretend to play keyboards, and sing a little. Right now I record with Garageband, just really starting out, I tend to work out drum loops and occasionally write re drum parts first, then plaster together pieces that fit. Every song I try to be a little different using the same elements. My influences include U2, King Crimson, Chris Whitley, Daniel Lanois and every little thing,place, person that leaves an impression enough for me to express a reflection of my emotional state. That is music to me. My interpretation of events in sonic territory. Enjoy or do not enjoy, just know these songs are me. Any and all comments are encouraged and appreciated.
