Clapping That banjo sounds great. The clapping is fuckin' cool, all sorta there and not there and outta whack. The whole thing feels sort of like someone trying to answer a riddle when they're only half sure they even heard it right, hesitant and confident at once. Aptly titled tune.

This is like one of those hallways where the more you walk down it the longer it gets.....
Suddenly you're miles from the end and the whole hallway starts to slowly lean to oneside. I think this is one of those recurring dreams.

I get to sample your Banjo playing :) (Smile)

Really strange. Starts off normal... then get's a bit demented.

The Banjo I think should be louder :) (Smile) Sometimes I hear it fine... then others it's way quiet.

This is great. Well recorded. Great composition... very wacked :) (Smile) Which is a good thing.

Nice guitar, Bass, and Banjo playing. Not to mention that clapping. I haven't heard anyone go all out with their hands like that. It's quite impressive.

I like the bass ending a lot :) (Smile)

Thumbs Up

This is a unique piece. I have never experienced music that makes me visualize a group of musicians walking around in, now and then, one circle, and at times different individual circles. One plays guitar, one claps his hands, one plays banjo and finally the bassplayer. I have yet to imagine the looks on their faces as they slowly make their way around and around. Every musician handles his instrument well, the banjo guy did a few mistakes near the end but all in all I've definately not heard anything with a concept like this and I'm compelled to listen to it again and again, now and then.

heheeh, i've had to listen to this a couple of times, i love the way it comes and goes in waves, theblacklodge has said it all for me, that's exactly how it feels to me as well.. this has a definite feel of a group of friends sitting round enjoying themselves one long summer evening... i can almost hear the occasional (non existent i might add) whispered voice in the background as people get up, grab a drink, sit back down and smile to listen to the music they're hearing. very nice indeed. this just fits my work space [or is it my head space?]perfect, the claps are musically tied in to the banjo like a spring loaded wind up toy,the old metal kind.

It was a bit hard to hear the banjo. But it sure did put a smile on my face. The bass work is nice. Really, the whole thing comes together pretty nicely. I don't listen to Americana but I can definitely listen to this. Very Nice.

When I listen to this a picture a hillbilly stumbling down a dirt track blind drunk, with a bottle of homemade moonshine in his hand and sweet, painful throughts of making love to his sister in his head. In other words, I think this sounds really cool Nodding
